July 2011 Market Update from Carova, NC 27927

July was a busy month as compared to June's sales in Carova, but it ended with about 10 properties 'under contract'. My belief is still that 2011 will see the most transactions in 5 years, and that this can be the first step to recovery. Total transactions year to date are up about 6.5% from 2010. I am being told that sales are up on the other beaches along the Outer Banks. This is proving to be a great year for real estate sales in Carova, NC.  Whether you are interested a house or land, now seems to be right time to buy.
