USA Today names North Carolina's Outer Banks as a place for Peace and Quiet

Yesterday USAToday.com put out a great little article pointing out some of the great reasons of owning a second home on the Outer Banks, NC.

"Planning has been very good, and compared to most beach towns, there is very limited development, with no high-rises," says Melanie Day, a broker for Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales in Duck, N.C. "There are some condos, but the vast majority are single-family homes."

And of course what do the have pictured? But a family taking a walk through Ocean Beach in Carova.
